Hi friends! I’m excited and proud to report some of the changes I’ve experienced since starting FWTFL in January. As you know, the scale is not always the best indicator for true insight. While the scale does show a 4 lb weight loss, I have confirmation that my body fat percentage has gone down and my skeletal muscle mass has gone up! Fortunately, the fitness place I work out at once a week has a body scan where I’m able to get a thorough fitness assessment.
I’m enjoying the workouts and how the FWTFL app keeps my nutrition in check, so I’ve decided to continue monthly with the VIP membership.
