St. Patrick’s Day Drink: Grapefruit Sparkler

I typically don’t drink “fruity” beverages, but this cocktail that we had during our St. Paddy’s Day Party was DEEEELICIOUS!

Recipe

1 1/2 shots Vodka of choice
1/2 shot of Triple Sec or Cointreau
4oz of Grapefruit Juice
Combine Vodka, Triple Sec, and Grapefruit Juice and shake over ice. Pour liquid into glass, straining the ice. Top off with champagne and enjoy!
