Happy Monday friends! How was everyone’s weekend?!
While we didn’t really do a whole lot, I feel very accomplished because Casey and I finally ordered a bunch of furniture and stuff for the house. After a few Home Depot runs, Casey pretty much spent the entire weekend building an expandable oak dining room table for us. I’m super impressed by him! We had seen a few beautiful farmhouse style tables, but they were either too short or too long… or they were the perfect size and didn’t expand. And some of them weren’t even made of 100% wood, which he thought was crazy for what they were charging. Hopefully within the next two to three weeks, our home will actually look complete to some degree. It’s been a never ending process, but once the downstairs is finished, we can then concentrate on the baby’s room!
Now on to this look…
This babydoll dress is lightweight enough to wear now in the crazy heat, and will also be perfect for a Florida fall. It runs a bit large, so unless you want it to be oversize, order one size down. I’m wearing an XS. These grey slides were one of the many Nordstrom Anniversary Sale purchases. I wish I had gotten them in black too! They are so comfortable!
