Faster Way To Fat Loss: First Impression

February 28, 2024

Hi friends! I want to take this opportunity to share my initial thoughts or “first impression” if you will on the Faster Way to Fat Loss program, after completing my first round. In full transparency, I had done the program YEARS ago, and it’s since evolved (along with my mindset), so I’m writing this review truly as a first impression of the program today.

Overall, I’m feeling excited, motivated, and in complete control. I started the round with a one on one video call with my trainer, Le. Le helped customize what my daily food intake was going to look like, how many grams of protein I needed per day, and the same with carbs and fats. We talked about my lifestyle, my sleep, what I had been doing for workouts prior to the program, what my plan was for workouts during the program, and we really just talked through all the things. It was a very reassuring experience. Le made it known that she is available to me, for me, and while she’d be checking in via text every week, I was welcome to reach out to her if needed.

In addition to the call with Le and our text communication, she added me to a Facebook group with other members she was coaching in that same round. While I wasn’t the most active on said Facebook group, again, it was just reassuring to know that I had additional support from others going through similar journeys as me. The Faster Way app has a library of videos that help break down the game plan week to week, focusing on the overall goal of the program. Between those videos and my access to Le, I honestly felt all of my questions were answered, which is probably why I was on the more quiet side when it came to the Facebook group. I mention this though because my experience will look different from yours, and I think it’s important to know how much support you will have while on Faster Way.

The FWTFL app is a total game changer. To have everything in one place is SO helpful. You have your workouts, your intermittent fasting timer, your water intake tracker, your daily food journal with the option to automatically plug in a suggested meal plan for the week. The app also has a library of meals and recipes, so if you want to swap out a suggested meal for something else, it’s really easy to do so. There are vegan meal suggestions and recipes as well, and of course you can plug in your own meals. The app has everything you need, making it mindless and easy.

The workouts were awesome! I loved the variety of the workouts, yet the consistency of the workout schedule. I was often sore, very sore. My personal schedule changed a bit while in the middle of this past round, so I struggled to get into a routine the last few weeks, which caused a bit of inconsistency with the workouts. With that being said, I am still leaving round 1 a few pounds down and feeling more strong. For this next go around, I am taking measurements on all of the main body parts so I can compare inches lost between rounds.

My hope is to have exciting before and after photos to show you in the near future. I do think it takes time to see significant physical changes, but I’m definitely confident that those changes have been and will continue to happen.
