I think I’ve found my new favorite hobby…
Making snack trays is incredibly satisfying and relaxing. As soon as we received our Walmart grocery delivery [and spent some time perusing Pinterest], I got to work! We have a few upcoming Halloween parties, so I wanted to do a little trial run now and figure out what to make/bring when the time comes. My kids, along with my niece and nephew went crazy for these two platters, pictured above.
As far as the supplies go, it was important that I incorporated healthy options, like these Freshness Guaranteed Guacamole Mini Cups, along with fruits and vegetables. For sweet treats, I couldn’t resist dark chocolate almonds and this Great Value indulgent trail mix. The majority of items were Walmart’s private label brands like Great Value, Marketside, and Freshness Guaranteed, which helped keep cost low.
