Ever love something so much you knew it was time to let go, but just couldn’t say goodbye? When I stumbled across these leopard booties at my local TJ Maxx over 5 years ago, it was an instant love affair and I’ve been the proud owner ever since. As you can see, they’re a little a lot worn [and look worse in person], but I’ve been hesitant to get rid of them until I find the perfect replacement. I know that sounds horrible to say out loud, but then again, I’m talking about shoes people.

As much as I love leopard and do believe it’s the perfect neutral print, sometimes it can look cheap and tacky. Not all leopard printed items are created equal, so I’m particular when it comes to choosing what I like or what to buy. Here are the options I have narrowed down so far:

These ones are probably the most similar to mine, since they’re a wedge bootie, but I’m also really liking these bad boys. I’m going to sleep on it another week and see what kind of deals they’ll be offering after Thanksgiving. Would appreciate any input or assistance in deciding which ones to get!

This jacket is another SheIn goodie. I love the color and vintage style of it! It’s made of polyester, so is very thin and light weight, which works perfectly for me in Florida. If it were cooler outside, I’d just be sure to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath versus a tank top like I am here. The exterior is super soft though, and definitely looks more expensive than it is.
