Happy Friday friends! Casey, Harley and I are off to spend the weekend in Sarasota, visiting one of my best friends and her adorable family. She’s already called dibs for her son, Lucas to marry Harley which I am totally okay with! He is seriously the cutest!

Today I’m teaming up with Carbon 38 to show you how to simply take your workout clothes from the gym to the street, or better yet, from the barre to the bar. I can not express how much I adore this white long sleeve shirt. I wear it to sleep, to workout in, and also out and about. It is SO comfortable! And these leggings, well… do they really need an elaboration? They can easily be sold in a non-activewear store or department. I plan to pair them with boots and oversize, chunky sweaters. They have the perfect thickness and stretch [so they don’t sheer out like some leggings do when you move into certain positions in yoga or stretching] and they’re beyond versatile.

It really was so uncomplicated to transform my gym look into something I’d wear to meet my girlfriends for dinner. Swapping out the shoes and purse completely changed the appearance. Adding a biker jacket was icing on the cake and gave that extra cool factor.
